Representing ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø at the event was Shoji Sunny, who joined the Capilano University community to celebrate ten years of RISE and strengthen connections within Vancouver’s hospitality and tourism industry.

The event was also an opportunity to reconnect with members of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø community who are continuing their academic and professional journeys.

Among the attendees was Nofa, a former ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø student who completed the Hospitality Diploma program. After graduating from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Nofa continued her studies through the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø–Capilano University pathway, transferring to Capilano University to further develop her expertise in hospitality.

Her journey highlights how pathway agreements between institutions can support students in progressing from diploma programs to university-level education in Canada.
